Each point is the middle home sale price for that quarter. Land plots and whole residential complexes are excluded. A quarter needs at least five sales. Each sale is assigned to one master community only. Yas, Saadiyat, Reem, and Al Raha use the full ADREC district, so they measure the destination and can include homes from other developers. Abu Dhabi data comes from ADREC. Dubai data comes from DLD.
