Lead replies were easy to miss in an email tool. The team wanted to answer on a phone and keep each email chain.

I built a tool that sends new email replies to Telegram. A person writes the answer there. The tool sends it back in the same email chain.

Result

The team can reply from a phone. Alerts help them spot old replies that still need an answer.

How it works

2. Send an alert to Telegram.
3. Save the reply that needs an answer.
4. Match the answer to the email chain.
5. Remind the team or close old reply tasks.
