What was wasting time
The client had long podcast recordings and needed a faster way to find the best parts. Testing the tool was also too hard because it needed developer setup.

I turned the work into a Mac app with a simple test path. The app could process the audio and show what went wrong if a step failed.
Result
The client could test the podcast tool without touching code. Problems became easier to find, so handoff was less risky.
