Granola transcript autosync
What does the Granola autosync do?
It runs locally on macOS and converts meeting data into structured Markdown with frontmatter, summaries, and transcript content. It is designed to be idempotent, so repeated runs do not create messy duplicates.
What makes it operationally useful?
It turns meeting history into a searchable local knowledge base without manual export work. The implementation uses launchd and fswatch so new meeting content can be archived automatically.
